This month, Christmas day is my brother’s new “birthday” into heaven. It’s been 14 years since Brian passed, and although time does heal, I still miss him very much. I sometimes talk to him, ask him to keep an eye on our boys in Italy, think of funny things Brian used to say or do and chuckle, wish he was here, especially during special times when the whole family gets together and even have little talks with him when I need help. I believe he is around us, even at times when we’re not paying attention, and especially when something happens out of the blue that makes us have big belly laughs! Brian was a funny guy and he seems to cause funny things to happen sometimes. 
As the holidays are here I know there are so many people missing their passed loved ones, more so now than any other time of the year. Know they are around, celebrating, enjoying family gatherings and even playing jokes on us! Please know that your loved ones are fine, happy and still around you whether you can see them or not.
If you would like to have a reading before Christmas I do have some slots open next 2 weeks. Evenings are available all next week if that will fit your schedule best. Just give me a call or send me an email so we can arrange a good time and day for you.

What would you think if your child started seeing spirits? Would you think it was a great thing and nurture it? Would you help them understand that it is nothing to fear, that it’s a wonderful gift to have? Would your child seeing and feeling spirits around your home scare you? Spirits are around us all the time whether you can see and feel them or not. It doesn’t change much if you can actually see them, except that you are aware. It is amazing to be able to acknowledge spirit that they are with us! Remember the movie “Ghost”? Patrick Swayze was a spirit who tried so very hard to let his wife know he was there with her. She could feel him at times, but just thought it was her imagination. Remember how frustrating it was for Patrick Swayze as the ghost that she wouldn’t allow herself to feel him? Imagine being in the same room with someone, talking up a storm, doing things to get their attention, but they keep ignoring you. If you get a little signal from a loved one in spirit, acknowledge them, even if it is through a thought. Children see spirits all the time. Adults teach them that it’s not possible! They teach them that it’s an imaginary friend, or God forbid, that they are demons.
I recently was with a family who was very open minded at one point a few years ago. Then one of the children began seeing spirits and it scared her. The parent went into the child’s bedroom and began blessing the room, calling on a particular person from the bible (I can’t remember who) and rebuking demons from the child’s room. Seriously? I cannot imagine that could have made the child feel better. If anything, it brought more fear into her! Oh and by the way, asking any dead person to help you do anything, even if they are in the bible is still talking to a spirit. Hmmmm, I’m not sure what the whole point of that was, but instead of calming the child down and letting them know we all have spirits around us, that they were just letting her know they are around her, more fear was instilled in her. Fear is a terrible human emotion. Fear is not from God. There are so many psychic kids around these days. Please help your child nurture their gift and teach them that it is nothing to fear. People tend to fear things that they can’t see with their eyes. There are so many things we can’t see physically, yet we know that it is there. It’s no different with spirit.

Gosh can you believe it is already July? Time has flown by! I’ve been so busy! Thank you to all who’ve contacted me this summer and patiently waited while we’ve had construction going on in our home! Our pool is finished! We got to swim and enjoy our back yard over the 4th of July weekend, and now we’ve got the pool screen installers here working! We are so anxious to see it all finished and start enjoying the cool pool! Honestly, it’s just too darn hot in Georgia to not have something to cool off in! I’m hoping it will entice our boys and Hensley to come home more often. 
When you think you’re blessed, feel blessed, you will be blessed! See it, feel it, manifest it, so be it.

It’s been such a busy month already! It’s so hot here in Georgia! It feels like it should be August with the temps at 100 degrees plus the humidity at 300%! LOL Gosh it would be great to get a little bit of rain!

Jared left last Monday and is now in Aviano, Italy looking for a place to rent. David and Hensley left Friday to go back to Arizona. They will arrive in Italy on the 19th of April! We had a wonderful visit that went by way too fast! It’s now time to get back to work doing readings! I have a few appointments open next week (the 4th of April). The week of the 11th is extremely busy but after that I am wide open, so give me a call to make your appointment for your reading.
It’s been so great the past couple of weeks spending time with my kids. I know every mom thinks their own children are the best, but really, my kids are the best! I miss them already! Thank you for being patient and waiting for your reading appointment while I spent time with my family.

Beginning about the 14th of March I will be having a lighter schedule for readings. Our sons and daughter in law will be here visiting until the beginning of April! I’ll be spending extra family time with them before they move to Italy! We already got our passports renewed! I think I’ll be traveling to Italy a few times in the next 3 years! Hello Everyone! I’m so happy to announce that in a matter of weeks our son Jared will be coming home from Korea for a 2 week visit and our son David and wife Hensley will be coming home for 3 weeks during the same time! Both boys are being transferred to Aviano, Italy at the same time! What are the chances of that?! I am so excited to see all of them! Jared left for his second tour to Korea last March. We did get to see Jared, David and Hensley in Arizona last August for David’s wedding. It was wonderful but gosh the time went so fast and we didn’t get to spend a whole lot of time with them due to the wedding. Anyway, I just wanted to share because I’m getting pretty antsy already! The countdown begins!
This year is going to be a wonderful year with lots of new, bigger and better things coming for us! I can just feel it and am so excited! For those of you having a hard time right now, feel that excitement of better things that are on the way! Literally make yourself feel it! See what it is your expecting, feel yourself doing it as often as you can. Put it out there to the universe so you can receive it. No doubts though, you’ll cancel it out! Just keep the faith, keep creating and manifesting!

During the holidays I was thinking of all the times I missed our boys because they are so far away. I thought of a time a few years ago our son David was stationed in Afghanistan. He’d only been there a couple of weeks and I had only heard from him one time. I was driving home one afternoon, thinking about him. I began to get so worried about him and so sad because I couldn’t pick up the phone and call to check on him. I began crying. By the time I got home I was in a terrible state of depression and just wanted to lie down and cry. I got the phone, set it next to my bed in case he tried to call. As I was crying I was praying and asking the angels to please have David call me. It wasn’t 5 minutes after talking to the angels that the phone rang! It was David! Thank you Angels!! It was a terrible phone connection and we only got to talk for a minute, but I got to hear his voice! I knew he was okay!
I’ve mentioned in another one of my posts how I ask the angels for a good parking space. LOL They do it every time! I find it so amazing that the angels are there no matter what. They are standing by waiting to help us, even if it is the silliest thing. They’re with us anyway, we might as well talk to them! All you have to do is ask. The angels amaze me every time I ask them for help because most times they are Johnny on the spot and come through right away!
I have told my husband about asking the angels for a good parking spot. He said, “Well why don’t they do it for me?” As he said that someone was pulling out of a spot close to the store we were going into. LOL! Do you think he took it? No. LOL He has a hard time making up his mind over which spot to take, so I told him the Angels would be wasting their time because he doesn’t pay attention and take the good spot they open up for him anyway!
Talk to your Angels! That’s what they’re there for! Try it and let me know how fast they work for you!

Well, Thanksgiving is over and Christmas is right around the corner. The holidays can be a very difficult time for those who are missing their passed loved ones or loved ones who just can’t be there over this special time. I really wanted to skip this year’s holidays! I know, quite “scroogie” but our sons, David and Jared can’t be here this year. Since we live in Georgia where Dave retired from the Air Force we don’t live around family either, so we wind up being quite alone, save for our friend Claude who we have over every year. We’ve already gotten the boys and Hensley (David’s wife) their Christmas gifts, so I’ve decided to skip Christmas this year. LOL I know…it’s just easier that way! It seems the empty nest syndrome hasn’t gotten any better since 5 years ago! Dave and I are going watch movies all day Christmas day.
Your loved ones in spirit may not be here in the physical, but they will be with you no matter what over these special times. Know that they love to be part of family celebrations and if you take lots of pictures, more than likely you will catch them in your photos! My heart goes out to all the mom’s who’ve lost a child. It is painful enough right now just to have my children far away. I cannot imagine the pain a parent feels when you cannot even pick up the phone and hear your child’s voice. I’m so sorry for your pain and anguish, but know, spirit doesn’t need a phone. Talk to them just the way you normally would. They can hear you! Ask them for a specific sign so you know they are truly around. Signs come in many ways so be open to however they bring them.
